MARCH 16, 2020 UPDATE

As of Monday, March 16, 2020, I am seeing my clients via phone or video sessions. Information regarding mitigating the spread of the coronavirus, social distancing, and shelter in place orders are rapidly evolving. In order to do my part and protect my clients, I will be utilizing telehealth services for the foreseeable future. I use a secure, HIPAA compliant video platform. Research indicates telehealth is just as effective as face to face therapy sessions.

MARCH 11, 2020 UPDATE

We have all been inundated with news surrounding the spread of the coronavirus & its impact on our communities, events, workplaces, schools, etc.. It's normal to feel some anxiety connected to this. I am continuing to monitor the recommendations of local public health agencies. For now it's business as usual in the therapy office.

 In the office I'm implementing a few new practices to be extra careful:

  • Disinfecting surfaces between sessions

  • Using only disposable cups

  • Hand sanitizer spray is available for your use in the lobby

  • Video sessions are available for those who prefer to stay home or feel sick

As always, keep practicing good hygiene, wash your hands frequently, and stay home if you aren't feeling well. If any guidelines change, I'll keep you updated.
