Navigating your 20's & 30’s is a bit more difficult than you thought it would be. As you figure out life as a young professional in the Bay Area, you often compare yourself to your peers and feel behind, particularly in your relationships. Sometimes you're not sure how well you're doing this whole adulting thing.
You can’t quite figure out how to translate your assertiveness in professional contexts to asking for what you need in your romantic relationships. Anxiety takes over, and you become your worst critic rather than the cheerleader you are so skilled at being for your friends.
Sometimes you’re not totally sure who you are. You want to feel more confident in yourself in all areas of your life. You’d love to find your voice, become more independent, develop healthy relationships, and practice self compassion.
