I am passionate about people -  connecting, motivating, empowering, and accompanying people in their journey of healing. I believe healing happens in relationships and feel privileged to walk alongside my clients in their difficult seasons. My desire is to create a safe environment for my clients to grow, heal, and transform. Although therapy is often focused around challenging and painful experiences, I hold space for a spectrum of emotions in the room -- for humor, celebration, joy, and hope in the midst of challenging seasons. My hope is that as we work together we will not merely reduce symptoms but reclaim joy.

Born & raised in the Bay Area, I live in Oakland with my family & dog. Outside of the therapy room I love to go hiking, do DIY projects, spend time with friends & family, and relax at the beach. I graduated from Western Seminary with a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and an Addiction Studies Certificate, and earned my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Biola University. I see clients in the San Francisco Bay Area with an office in downtown Oakland, CA. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#110319).

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches in my work with clients including attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, mindfulness, EMDR, and other trauma informed treatments. I enjoy working with betrayed partners of sex addicts, young professional women, and issues of faith.
