Being a teenager in today's digital context is not easy. As the stigma around mental health struggles fade, more and more teens are seeking help. Teens are navigating growing academic pressures, keeping up with the curated lives of friends on social media, relationship struggles, discovering sexuality, and family issues, all while trying to find who they are. Teen depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts are on the rise. I take a creative approach with my teens, weaving in art, games, and their interests so our hour feels less clinical and more supportive towards your goals.
